Hey all!

I've been busy as can be, and my camera is a bit messed up, so yes, photos have been slow.

A lot of people have been favoriting photos of my beautiful children aka birds. This is great, as well as comments asking about getting one.

But, know this, parrots of all sizes, and cockatiels...err, birds in general can e loud and require a lot of love and attention. They are brilliant, beautiful, and have their own personality in ways different from dogs or cats and are a lot more maintenance. So, unless you have the patience, love and time for these great critters, don't get them.

If you do, ADOPT them. There are so many birds up for adoption its ridiculous because even the finest avian sellers essentially are trying to make a buck. They usually won't stress how much time and money you'll need for your feathered friend to unknowing customers. This results in the customers not knowing what they are getting into, therefore, so many birds end up in shelters.
